Matt is a very easy going guy. Some of the other realtors I have worked with in the area don't even hold a candle to Matt. He was knowledgeable about everything I asked and even helped my wife and I find a way better mortgage rate than what we already had (and we had a fairly low rate to begin with!) In the area we decided to buy (Cary) you have to put in an offer fast and Matt helped us out a lot. We landed a nice house that I was sure would go into a bidding war with no hassle.
